Five leading cryptocurrency billionaires — Sam Bankman-Fried, FTX founder; Brian Armstrong, Coinbase Global CEO; Chris Larsen, co-founder of Ripple; Tyler Winklevoss and his twin Cameron, the cofounders of Gemini — have together gained $26.3 billion in 10 months. Their combined fortunes more than doubled to $51 billion on January 6, 2022, from $24.6 billion on March 5, 2021.
